Dear Sir. We have received through our esteemed fellow Citizen Mr. Jos. B. Welsh, the photograph of Monument erected in All Saints Burrying Ground Forresdale to the memory of the Ingraham Brothers and note the inscription thereon

We gratefully express our appreciation of the noble and generous patriotism which inspires you to do honor to the memory of the Confederate Soldier and are highly pleased that annually you place on their graves the testimonial of a patriotic love for the American Soldier

We have placed in our Hall the photograph and the inscription on the back.

[1] Charles William Penn Brock (1836-1916), was a surgeon in the 15th Virginia regiment. He is buried in Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond.
